Join us for our EAN Walking Club in the Ottawa and Peru areas, held on the 4th Monday of each month at 10:30 AM. This relaxed, inclusive group is a great way to get moving, enjoy getting your steps in, and connect with others in the epilepsy community.

Whether you’re looking for gentle exercise, meaningful conversation, or simply time outside with supportive peers, all abilities are welcome. Come walk at your own pace and be part of a friendly, encouraging community.
